Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Success Life Mantra ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at successlifemantra.com, our SaaS products provided through Masfob, and our professional training services provided through Skyrocketing Career.

• Website and Information: Company information, product details, and resources

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our SaaS products or training services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our SaaS products for your internal business purposes
• Access and use training materials provided as part of your enrollment for personal educational purposes
• Download and use materials explicitly marked as downloadable

This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services or content. The license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.

Web Application Usage

Our web applications are provided as cloud-based services accessible through your web browser. You agree to:

• Use the applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
• Not overload, spam, or interfere with the proper functioning of our systems

Intellectual Property Rights

SaaS Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

Our SaaS products are offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans, features, and pricing are subject to change. We will provide notice of any material changes to your subscription.

Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified). Payment is due at the time of subscription or renewal. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform.

If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the service until payment is received. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee unless you cancel.

Beta Program & Foundation Members

We may offer beta access to new features or products. Beta features are provided "as-is" and may be modified, discontinued, or replaced at any time without notice. Foundation members or early adopters may receive special pricing or benefits, which are subject to change and not guaranteed for future updates.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

SaaS Products

You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Refund requests must be submitted to delight@successlifemantra.com.

Training Services

Training program fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced. However, you may request a refund within 3 days of enrollment if you have not accessed any training materials or attended any sessions.

In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or program cancellation by us), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at delight@successlifemantra.com to request a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Training Services Terms

Enrollment and Participation

Enrollment in our training programs is subject to availability and eligibility requirements. You agree to actively participate in the training program and complete all required coursework.

Training Materials

All training materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce training materials without our express written permission.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality training, we make no guarantees regarding job placement, career advancement, or specific outcomes. Your success depends on various factors including your effort, dedication, and market conditions.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCCESS LIFE MANTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Success Life Mantra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
